Precision Kitchen & Bath is a third-generation, family-owned remodeler with its office and design center at 3323 13th St. in St. Cloud. We generally take on projects within about 50 miles of that office. Our owners also serve as firefighters for Osceola County, so this is our community as well as our service area.
Wherever you live in that range, the process is the same: we come to your home for a free, no-obligation estimate, help you choose materials (in person at our design center if you like), and handle the work from removal and prep through installation and clean-up.

Good to know before a remodel in your area
Permits: city or county?
Which building department handles a permit depends on where your home is. Inside city limits it is usually the city, such as St. Cloud, Kissimmee or Orlando (which includes most of Lake Nona). In unincorporated communities it is the county: Osceola County for places such as Celebration, Harmony and Narcoossee, and Orange County for places such as Hunters Creek. Work that changes plumbing, electrical or structure usually needs a permit, while purely cosmetic updates often do not. We can talk through your scope during the estimate.
HOA rules
Many neighborhoods around St. Cloud, Lake Nona and Celebration have homeowners associations with rules on work hours, contractor parking or dumpsters. Let us know about any HOA requirements when you request your estimate so we can plan around them.
Choosing materials
For countertops we keep roughly 75 slabs of premium granite and Cambria quartz at our fabrication facility and can arrange a visit to our indoor granite distributor. For floors we work with major manufacturers including Shaw and Mohawk.
